Can I get a maaaaay-men!
this story has absolutely nothing to do with these pictures at all, except that they both exemplify how cute bailey is.
So, why do we have a blog? For us, it's a great way to keep friends and family, especially those who are out of town, up to date with all that is going on with our adorable children, Bailey and Crawford! Both kids will get this blog printed out into books. Much better than a regular old baby book, right?!

these lovely photos were taken a few weeks ago when bailey and i endured our first simultaneous stomach bug. you can just tell by looking at her that she doesn't feel good. pictures of me coming soon (ha!!!). however, we survived, all thanks to a loving daddy who stayed home from work to take care of us :)
these were taken shortly after we arrived home from our christmas adventures with my family. check out that profile!! i just love her round tummy :)

he camera and how it works. now, whenever i take her picture, she runs back to me so she can see it displayed on the back. as you can see in a couple of these pictures, bailey sometimes doesn't wait until the actual picture is taken before rushing back to check her cute self out on the back of the camera.

my, what fun a mommy can have with a little girl's pink tutu!! i thought these pictures with the tutu on bailey's head like a veil were kinda funny although i don't think they are especially flattering of my little beauty. they don't even look much like her to me.
finally, on a completely different note, our computer is broken and i have no idea how long it will take to get fixed (i am on billy's work computer). i have soooooo much i want to blog about, but i guess it will just have to wait. just pray that our hard drive can be saved so we don't lose all of our pictures from july until now (yikes!)!
hi mamaw!!
after our visit in oilily and dinner at p.f. chang's (bailey loved the dumplings), we headed out to the car. bailey insisted on pushing her own stroller and continued to be fascinated by what different stores had on display.

!" because she knows who to go to when she really wants something.while my mom was in town for a visit (woo-hoo!), we did what we always do.....some sort of "project" and shop, shop, shop! this time, the project was our bedroom and it looks soooooo awesome!!! but i digress, you didn't come here to read about me, you came for the baby, i know, i know.

i guess you kinda had to be there, but my mom and i found this quite amusing. she was just drawn to that dress!!!! i don't even think i've ever come across something that i liked so much it made me stop dead in my tracks and race over to take a closer look. too bad it was $139 which is just insane, if you ask me.
wow, there is just so much to write about!!! first of all, i'm waiting to get mom's pictures since mine didn't turn out all that well. anyway, we all had such a great christmas!!!! bailey loved opening and delivering presents!!! and, she was a very gracious receiver, stopping to play with each new toy for a few minutes before opening another (and sometimes saying her version of thank you).
